Digital Delivery
All gift cards sold on PremiumCardsShop are digital products. There are no physical cards shipped. Your gift card codes are generated and delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation.
How Delivery Works
Once your cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the blockchain:
- Instant Code Generation: Your gift card code(s) and PIN(s) are generated automatically by our system
- Dashboard Delivery: Codes appear in your account dashboard under the "My Gift Cards" tab. Click "Reveal Code" to view the full code
- Email Delivery: A branded email is sent to your registered email address containing the gift card code, PIN, redemption instructions, and a direct link to the brand's redemption page
Both delivery methods happen simultaneously, giving you two ways to access your gift card codes at all times.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time depends on how quickly your cryptocurrency payment is confirmed:
- Bitcoin (BTC): 10-30 minutes (1-3 confirmations)
- Ethereum (ETH): 2-5 minutes (12 confirmations)
- Tether (USDT): 2-10 minutes (depends on network: ERC-20, TRC-20)
- Litecoin (LTC): 5-15 minutes (3 confirmations)
- Ripple (XRP): Under 1 minute
- Solana (SOL): Under 1 minute
Once payment is confirmed, gift card code generation and delivery is instant (typically under 10 seconds).
Payment Invoice Expiration
Each payment invoice has a limited validity window (typically 20-60 minutes). If you do not complete the payment before the invoice expires:
- The order will be automatically cancelled
- No charges will be applied
- You can place a new order at any time
- If you sent payment after the invoice expired, contact our support team for assistance
Accessing Your Gift Cards
Via Dashboard
- Log into your account at premiumcardsshop.com/login
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click the "My Gift Cards" tab
- Find your card and click "Reveal Code" to display the code and PIN
- Use the "Copy" button to copy the code to your clipboard
- Click "Redeem" to go directly to the brand's redemption page
Via Email
Check your inbox for an email from PremiumCardsShop. Each gift card is delivered in a branded email that includes:
- The gift card code displayed prominently
- PIN number (if applicable)
- Card balance/denomination
- Redemption instructions specific to the brand
- Direct link to the brand's redemption page
Troubleshooting Delivery
Didn't receive your email?
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Verify the email address on your account is correct
- Add noreply@premiumcardsshop.com to your email contacts/whitelist
- Your codes are always available in your dashboard regardless of email delivery
Codes not appearing in dashboard?
- Verify your payment was completed and confirmed on the blockchain
- Check the order status in your "Orders" tab — it should show "Completed" or "Fulfilled"
- Wait a few additional minutes for blockchain confirmations
- If the order shows "Paid" but codes haven't appeared after 30 minutes, contact support
Regional Considerations
Some gift cards are region-specific. Please verify the region of the gift card before purchasing:
- Each product page displays the applicable region (e.g., US, EU, UK, Global)
- Ensure the gift card region matches the country of your account on the brand's platform
- We are not responsible for redemption issues caused by region mismatch
