To use our Platform, you must:

  • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency transactions

To make purchases, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Products and Services

PremiumCardsShop sells digital gift cards from various brands and retailers. You acknowledge that:

  • Gift cards are digital products delivered electronically via your account dashboard and email
  • Each gift card code is unique and can only be redeemed once
  • Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand/retailer
  • We are not the issuer of the gift cards and act as an authorized reseller
  • Product availability, pricing, and discount percentages are subject to change without notice
  • Custom balance amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits set per product

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is accepted exclusively via cryptocurrency through our payment processor. By making a payment, you agree that:

  • You are the authorized owner of the cryptocurrency wallet used for payment
  • Cryptocurrency prices are determined at the time of invoice creation and may fluctuate
  • Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified on the payment page
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion
  • Transaction fees charged by the blockchain network are your responsibility

6. Digital Delivery

Upon confirmed payment, gift card codes are generated and delivered automatically to:

  • Your account dashboard under "My Gift Cards"
  • Your registered email address via a branded delivery email

Delivery is typically instant upon payment confirmation. We are not responsible for email delivery delays caused by your email provider. It is your responsibility to check your spam/junk folder and ensure your email address is correct.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly-deliverable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be issued in specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities
  • Reselling gift cards purchased from our Platform without authorization
  • Attempting to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Platform's systems
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or coupon codes
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Platform
  • Impersonating another person or entity

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is the property of PremiumCardsShop or its licensors. Brand names and logos of gift card products belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PremiumCardsShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform
  • Any unauthorized access to your account
  • Issues with gift card redemption on third-party platforms
  • Cryptocurrency price fluctuations or transaction delays
  • Errors or interruptions in our services

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. While we strive to ensure all gift card codes are valid and functional, we do not guarantee compatibility with all redemption methods or regions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
