Currently, gift cards are delivered to the account holder's dashboard and email. However, since they are digital codes, you can easily share them with anyone by copying the code from your dashboard and sending it to the recipient.

Yes, you need to create a free account to complete a purchase. This is necessary so we can deliver your gift card codes to your dashboard and email, maintain your order history, and provide support if needed. Registration takes less than a minute.

Log into your account and go to your Dashboard. Click on "My Gift Cards" to see all your purchased cards. Click "Reveal Code" on any card to see the full code and PIN. You can also copy codes to your clipboard with one click.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for one hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Log into your account, go to your Dashboard, and click the "Settings" tab. There you can update your name, email address, and change your password.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a gift card code has been generated and delivered. However, if you receive an invalid or non-working code, we will replace it or issue a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

If a gift card code doesn't work or shows an incorrect balance, contact our support team immediately with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We'll investigate and either provide a replacement code or issue a full refund.

Orders can only be cancelled before the cryptocurrency payment is confirmed. Once payment is confirmed and gift card codes are generated, the order cannot be cancelled. If your payment expires before completion, the order is automatically cancelled.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original cryptocurrency wallet used for payment, or as store credit at your preference. Please allow additional time for blockchain confirmations.
