How to Buy a Gift Card

1. Create an Account — Register with your name and email address. It's free and takes under a minute.
2. Browse & Choose — Visit the Shop to browse 100+ brands. Use filters to narrow by category, brand, or price range.
3. Select Amount — On the product page, choose a preset denomination (e.g., $10, $25, $50, $100) or enter a custom balance amount.
4. Add to Cart — Click "Add to Cart" and continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
5. Apply Coupon (Optional) — If you have a coupon code, enter it in the cart page to get an additional discount.
6. Checkout — Review your order, select your preferred cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, XRP, SOL), and click "Place Order."
7. Complete Payment — Send the exact cryptocurrency amount to the provided wallet address within the payment window.
8. Receive Your Cards — Once payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your gift card codes are instantly delivered to your dashboard and email.

How to Redeem a Gift Card

1. Find Your Code — Go to your Dashboard → "My Gift Cards" tab. Click "Reveal Code" on the card you want to redeem.
2. Copy the Code — Click the "Copy" button next to the code to copy it to your clipboard.
3. Visit the Brand's Website — Click the "Redeem" button or visit the brand's redemption page directly.
4. Enter the Code — Paste your gift card code (and PIN if applicable) on the brand's redemption page.
5. Enjoy! — The balance will be applied to your account on that platform.

Tip: Each delivery email also contains redemption instructions specific to the brand, including a direct link to their redemption page.

How to Track Your Orders

1. Log into your account and go to your Dashboard
2. Click the "Orders" tab to see all your orders
3. Each order shows its status: Pending (awaiting payment), Paid (payment confirmed), Completed (cards delivered), or Cancelled/Expired
4. Click "View" on any order to see full details including items, payment information, and delivered gift card codes

Cryptocurrency Payment Tips

• Send the exact amount: Sending less than required may result in a partial payment that needs to be resolved
• Use the right network: Make sure you're sending on the correct blockchain network (e.g., ERC-20 for ETH/USDT on Ethereum)
• Account for network fees: Ensure you have enough balance to cover the transaction plus blockchain network fees
• Complete payment promptly: Payment invoices expire after a set time (usually 20-60 minutes)
• Don't close the payment page: Keep the payment page open until you've sent the transaction for easy reference
• Check confirmations: Your cards are delivered after the required number of blockchain confirmations, not immediately after sending
