Overview
PremiumCardsShop sells digital gift cards that are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Due to the digital nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
When Refunds Are Available
We will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- Invalid Code: The gift card code delivered to you is invalid, already used, or does not work when redeemed on the brand's platform
- Incorrect Balance: The gift card balance is less than the amount you paid for
- Non-Delivery: Your payment was confirmed on the blockchain but gift card codes were not delivered to your account or email within 24 hours
- Duplicate Charge: You were charged multiple times for the same order
- Technical Error: A system error caused an incorrect order or charge
When Refunds Are NOT Available
Refunds cannot be issued in these situations:
- Change of Mind: You no longer want the gift card after the code has been delivered
- Already Redeemed: The gift card code has been viewed and/or partially or fully redeemed
- Incorrect Selection: You purchased the wrong brand, denomination, or region by mistake
- Third-Party Issues: Problems with the retailer's platform that are beyond our control (e.g., account bans, regional restrictions you didn't verify)
- Expired Payment: Your payment invoice expired before you completed the transaction (the order is automatically cancelled and no charge occurs)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Log into your account and go to your Dashboard
- Navigate to the "Support" tab and create a new ticket
- Select "Order Issue" or "Refund Request" as the category
- Include your order number, the specific gift card(s) in question, and a description of the issue
- If a code doesn't work, include a screenshot of the error message from the brand's redemption page

Refund Process
- Review Time: We review all refund requests within 24-48 hours
- Verification: We may verify the issue by checking the gift card status with the supplier
- Resolution: Approved refunds are processed as either:
- A replacement gift card code of equal value
- A cryptocurrency refund to the original payment wallet
- Store credit for future purchases
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of approval. Cryptocurrency refunds may take additional time for blockchain confirmations
Partial Payments
If you send a cryptocurrency payment that is less than the required amount ("partial payment"), the system will detect this. Depending on the shortfall, you may be prompted to send the remaining balance. If the order cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient payment, we will work with you to either complete the payment or refund the partial amount.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the issue by:
- Replying to your existing support ticket with additional information
- Requesting a supervisor review by emailing support@premiumcardsshop.com with "ESCALATION" in the subject line
